Subscriptions and memberships may be canceled anytime, but cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused days in the current subscription period.
Payments for workshops, webinars, and live training sessions are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
If you are unable to attend, you may:
Request a transfer of your registration to a future event, OR
Nominate someone else to attend in your place (by prior notice).
Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
Payment deducted but access not granted, and the issue remains unresolved.
In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once placed, as access is granted instantly.
Service or session cancellations must follow the rules mentioned in section (2).
For subscriptions, cancellation ensures no further billing from the next cycle.
